After many modifications und cosmetical changes Fall of the American Empire finally made it to gS, too. The American continent has been in total anarchy but finally 5 new republics emerged from the chaos on former US soil that now struggle for power with other powers in the North and South. Who will win the war for power? |
Selfmade: Middle American Chaos (MAC) is Diplomacy somewhere between caribbian flair and cuba crisis. This variant not only offers a new map but powers are able to build their first units themselves... |
Original Map by Vincent Mous © 1996-98. Map altered by Rob Addison, adjusted for Realpolitik by Steph Mabie and Frank Bacher. "The country is in ruins and in a state of anarchy except
5 states..." This 10 player variant is set in North- and Latinamerica and has been modified a lot before it ended up at graue-substanz.de. The current version is version 4 originally designed (original map design by Rob Addison) as all previous versions by Vincent Mous. It was then adapted for RP by Steph Mabie and optically further enhanced by Frank Bacher for gS.net. The RP files featuring our gS Design can be downloaded here.

Middle American Chaos is an five-player Diplomacy variant. The Map is based on the national borders in the beginning of the 21th century. As in Africa the division in territories as well as the division of water-spaces is mainly edited regarding the playability but nevertheless often shows realistic regions. This variant doesn't represent a realistic scenario concerning the involved parties. This is an "Chaos"-variant of Middle America which means: "a player may build on any supply center that he owns that is vacant." The first action of the game is to build units. So the players are able to choose the type of their start-units. Here you find the original info-text of this variant and the download of the Realpolitik variant-files. |
